Cancellation Policy
Policy terms.
•Late policy•
I totally get things happen, if youre running more than 15 mins late please text me so I am aware.
After 15 you’re appointment will be automatically cancelled.
•No call/no show•
Noo call no show results in possibly being banned from booking.
If wanting to rebook.
Will be charged 50% of missed appointment. If you no call no show under 24 hours you will be charged 100% of your service.
•Deposits •
All appointments require a deposit. NO DEPOSIT = no appointment. All deposits are NON-refundable
•Guests•
• please only one extra guest at a time.
My room is a shared space and i just ask you please only have one guest at a time.
